One day I hope to spend enough time on a planet to make a journal entry while
on terra firma. But every moment on land is filled with running, talking, listening,
and occasionally poking my nose into places where nobody but me wants it.
Doesn’t leave a lot of time to sit and think.
Epsilon Eridani was a milk run – hectic, but a milk run nonetheless. Nice to be on
a planet that didn’t seem to be on the brink of a major crisis. Of course,
everyone there was talking about how many other planets seem to be hurtling
toward some crisis or another, so they were about as tense as people everywhere
else.
On to Terra next, to meet and greet the elite. And to do a little planning; I feel like
I’ve been bouncing around like the rubber ball of the universe.
