| Faction Wars The Faction War will resume under BattleTech beginning February 2010. There will be 19 events run, culminating on the weekend of Nov 5-7, 2010. The Faction War will determine a non-cannon winner and decide the outcome of the future. It will take place in 3141. There is a $250.00 prize for the winner. Wrap-Up: Today is 5 March, 2013 and I thought that I'd provide the wrap-up for the Faction War. As we never could get the community growing even though there are players in the DFW area I decided to stop hosting BattleTech on a regular basis. No one ever won the faction war as it was only Ken Nickel, Randy Fant, and I playing the game. So... off it went into the darkness of the mind. Perhaps one day we'll resurect it.
